$70 per hour for one cleaner for light industrial cleaning: accessible floors, reachable surfaces, staff kitchens, bathrooms and onsite bins, within the agreed time.
Plan a workplace clean ↗Workplace packages exclude machinery, hazardous materials, high-access work, heavy degreasing and specialist treatments. Site suitability and access must be confirmed. End-of-lease cleaning is quoted individually.

Are prices for one cleaner?
Yes. Every package is for one cleaner. The apartment package is $165 for three hours ($55 per hour). Larger homes have fixed package prices: Everyday Home is $250 for four hours, Family Refresh is $300 for five hours, and Room for Everyone is $360 for six hours. Deep and first cleans are $65 per hour, with a three-hour minimum ($195). Light industrial cleaning is $70 per hour, with a four-hour minimum ($280). Tasks are agreed to fit the booked time; additional work requires your approval.
Can you clean any industrial site?
Our starting package is for light, routine cleaning of accessible areas. We assess each workplace before accepting the job. Hazardous waste, asbestos, confined spaces, machinery, high-access work and specialist treatments are not included. Tell us about site induction requirements and any operational restrictions when enquiring.
What changes the final quote?
Site size, condition, access, frequency and agreed tasks affect the time needed. Photos help us provide a realistic quote. Any additional charges are discussed before booking, and extra work during a visit requires your agreement.
Are products and equipment included?
Basic cleaning products and equipment are included in the starting prices. Please tell us about surface requirements, product restrictions or allergies. Specialist equipment and consumables are not automatically included.
Do you still offer home and end-of-lease cleaning?
Yes. Choose your home size in the estimate tool, or select a deep or end-of-lease clean. Oven interiors, internal windows and other extras are quoted separately. Carpet steam cleaning and specialist services are not automatically included.
How do I confirm a booking?
Send your enquiry by text or call 0411 783 515. Your booking is confirmed only after we agree the scope, final price, date and access arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or charge you.
